Labyrinths help students integrate mind, body and spirit, find clarity and focus, and lower levels of stress
A Labyrinth is a walking path for moving meditation. unlike a maze, labyrinths have only one path in and one path out, though the path twists and turns along the way to the center and back. Labyrinths have existed for over 4000 years and appear in cultures worldwide. We provide opportunities for students to use labyrinths for self-understanding, centering, and stress relief, including both indoor and outdoor labyrinths, with structured and unstructured labyrinth experiences.
